Lufkin woman says she was unaware of FEC requirements

Lufkin — The Lufkin Daily News is reporting; An 82-year-old Lufkin woman paid for two anonymous anti-Barack Obama billboards that did not contain the required political disclaimers, according to Federal Election Commission officials who recommended last month that no action be taken against her.
