KILGORE — Walk, bike or run, Kilgore officials hope a new comprehensive trail system will raise the quality of life for residents across the city.
The Kilgore City Council heard the first set of plans for a comprehensive trail system for the city this week, and officials said they would seek funding from state grants by February.
