Tyler, TX (KETK) — The John Tyler High School Boys' soccer team took a detour after their game in Lufkin on Friday.
Instead of heading back to school right away, they stopped by their friend and former teammate, Orlando Gregorio's, home in Tyler.
Orlando was robbed, shot, and left paralyzed just one week before Christmas, in an incident that remains under investigation by the Tyler Police department.
The players wanted to express their love during this horrible time, and Coach Howard tells KETK, he couldn't be more proud of the team.
