Swearingen claims he's innocent for the 1999 murder of 19-year-old college student
Houston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; Montgomery County Judge Kelly Case Wednesday delayed convicted killer Larry Swearingen's scheduled Feb. 27 execution date.
The judge also gave prosecutors and Swearingen's attorney 60 days to file a response to a pending motion requesting DNA testing.
