Tyler, Tx — The Glass Recreation Center will offer a fun-filled drama workshop on Saturday, Feb. 16 from 9 a.m.-noon. Youth 5-12 years of age are encouraged to enjoy a morning of performing arts and theater. Children will gain confidence as they perform on stage, and explore costuming, makeup, stage presence and more.
“This is a great way to get the kids off the couch and active, while teaching them to speak, sing, and dance in front of an audience,” said Ann Santana supervisor of the Glass Recreation Center. “It also provides children the opportunity to meet new friends.”
Class will be held at the Glass Recreation Center located at 501 W. 32 St. The class cost is $20 per student.
