Tyler, Tx (KETK) — Here is a story which has fallen through the cracks, and when I ask folks about it, they get angry.
Remember the outrage when a few years ago the president of Mexico was lecturing Americans about our country for this and that? That made me angry.
Now, what I am about to tell you about makes me seethe.
Mexican lawmakers will ask the U.S. Senate to create a registry of all commercialized firearms in border states, which includes California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. Mexico says it will make it easier to trace guns used in violent attacks.
The measure was reportedly approved on January 9 by Mexico's Permanent Commission, a government entity that meets when Mexico's Senate and the Chamber of Deputies is in recess. Gun owners in Arizona are calling the proposal "foolish" and an "invasion of privacy."
I think gun owners in Texas would call that shall we say, Bravo Sierra.
I have not heard what our government has said. I would hope it would be drop dead or go to the devil.
But, this is outrageous.
They have a country so corrupt, and their citizens have to sneak across our borders and raise hell with farmers and ranchers who are American who live down there.
And by the way, we need a list of guns on border states.
This is ridiculous.
That's my point of view, what's yours?
