McKinney, Tx (KETK) — UPDATE: The Amber Alert issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety that included three children missing from McKinney has been canceled.
According to the Department of Public Safety, the children were found safe in Terrell.
Authorities have not released additional details.
ORIGINAL:The Texas Department of Public Safety has issued an Amber Alert to for three kidnapped child from the Dallas area.
The McKinney Police Department believes Calvin Lincecum, 4, Yaretzi Lincecum, 3, Yesenia Lincecum, 5, and were taken by Calvin Lincecum, 33. She was last see at around 3:00 p.m.
According to NBC 5 in Dallas, the suspected kidnapper was at a home with the kids along with a babysitter, when he was served with a protective order.
While the court officer who served the papers was still present at the house, Calvin Lincecum jumped in a car with the three children.
The mother, who was not home at the time of the kidnapping, believes the kids were taken out of state, possibly to Louisiana, where the suspect has relatives.
Lincecum is expected to face charges of violation of protective order and interference with child custody.
Under the order, the suspect was ordered from the mother and children.
Yesenia Lincecum is described as white/Hispanic female, standing about 4'0", weighing 40 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Yaretzi Lincecum is described as white/Hispanic female, standing about 2'6", with brown eyes and brown hair.
Calvin Lincecum is desribed as white/Hispanic male, standing 3'0", with brown eyes and brown hair.
The suspect, Calvin Lincecum, is described as 6'0", weighing 290 pounds, with blue eyes and no hair. He is believed to be driving a gold, 4-door Ford Crown Victoria with license plate number DT3V923.
No pictures of the victim, suspect or car have been released at this time.
