Re: 2nd degree murder: too steep a charge for Zimmerman or not enough?

A jury will decide zimmerman's fate...he deliberately ignored police dispatcher orders to stand down from confronting Trayvon, he purposfully returned to his car and retrieved his gun (a violation of neighborhood watch rules), and confronted an un-armed person who wasn't doing anything wrong. Trayvon is dead and has no voice except for those who want to know the truth...zimmerman will get his day in court, evidence will be presented, and the jury will decide the truth of the matter.
