It was not the judge who made the decision in his case - it was a jury. This man's previous criminal record speaks for itself. This is not a matter of him snapping. This is a matter of him using violence when things don't go his way. His first arrest was in 1999 - well before this child was born and before any court proceedings. Further, your conclusion is that the way to convince people that you are an honorable but wronged man is to kill because you did not get your way.
