The one who holds most of the paper on our debt, a debt accrued, by the way, so you and your buddies can continue buying toys and living like there wasn't a world out there. Arizona's problem is a serious one, but that does not diminish the fact that their new laws are idiotic, knee-jerk reactions that only please...idiotic jerks.
