How do you apply the 5th amendment to murderers and not a person accused of violating the registry.
In fact, to get a violation, YOU NEED the offender to incriminate himself.
Murderers get protection under the U.S. Constitution, but, a person on the registry does NOT?
The credibility of the registry is VERY LOW.
