Re: Collective bargaining for government employees

Ok, someone needs to define the term "collective bargaining." Currently, every worker may bargain individually, and a group of workers may join forces and bargain collectively. Nobody is attempting to take away that right. What is being discussed is weather or not a worker in a particular sector should be REQUIRED to be in a labor union. Somehow, those who want to allow the worker to choose are supposedly against collective bargaining. It's a false choice - I'm just against force.
