My husband, was working for the Federal government in Arkansas, he had so many state taxes taking out, I know for a fact it is all going to the welfare system, here in Texas my son, pays child support for my grandbaby, my son and the mother both have joint custody, but he doesn't get earned income credit when he files, she gets it, I'm all for getting rid of it, and get some of these people off welfare.
