Teachers cannot teach children that have not been taught respect at HOME BY PARENTS THAT CARE. So why do people blame all the drop outs on teachers. The dropouts in Texas is not because of teachers but probably because of the diversity of children the teachers are trying to teach. Also, the Tyler teachers need the administration behind them when they have discipline problems in classrooms. This is a big problem in the Tyler School System.
