you gotta be kidding me, right? education should never be based on income or race, all should have the same opportunity to better themselves through a good education. the economic gap between the haves and have nots is growing daily and it will continue to grow if we give further advantages to those who already have.it by lowering education standards for a certain ethnicity or income level it almost guarantees them less chance to succeed.
