I completely agree with your post. What we eat does help in alleviating the holiday blues. Food that are rich in Vitamin B, Vitamin C, whole grains, and Omega 3 may help in improving one's mood. Depression Food such as dark chocolate, eggs, and whole grain cereal all include vitamins and supplements that help in alleviating the holiday blues.
