Mr. Kueck has a right to share his platform on his own front yard. He does not have a right to stand in front of Rice School saying or implying that he represents Rice parents. His views are quite opposite of the majority of Rice parents. Rice PTA(parents of Rice children)voted to support this bond 100%. Mr. Keuck is not a member of the Rice PTA, has no children at Rice, and obviously has not been listening to TISD plans created by paid professional consultants.Go moms for setting him straight!
