This statement is misleading: "the couples who thought money is no big deal scored up to 15% higher in the stability of their marriage." I don't care what your income level is, if you live outside your means you are going to have money problems. Money problems translates directly to marriage problems. Liza Ely needs to study a little more to understand fully what the research data is showing her. Singles who live within their means are happier than singles in debt, same as married couples.
