I don't quite agree with that type of legislation. There are many many people out there doing unskilled labor and/or jobs. State requires us to have a license and insurance, although, many don't abide by both of these laws. But, these people need a driver's license to get to their jobs. If the State suspends a driver's license for an infraction, that is a different story, but not just because you are a dropout. That is not right.
