Given the opportunity to conceal or opencarry, we would also make the decision as to purchasing a license to conceal carry or open carry.
It has been said that there could be no way to know if a person was licensed to open carry if they were to be seen in public. Well, my suggestion would be to have the person with an open carry license display a badge, stating the license number, openly on their person. Just as a concealed carry person must carry their license on their person, they just conceal it as they do their weapon.
