He wouldn't say that; about not having a bad day since, if her were held to the same accountability as the rest of us peons. He might feel like life inside a prison, which is where he should be, wasn't so good. This is just another example of what has gone wrong with our government. And it doesen't just stop in Congress, our local judges regard themselves just as much above the law as Rangel does. Go to a courtroom and watch their behavior towards we the commoners.
