Re: Should employers who hire illegal immigrants be penalized financially?

Once again this just shows that our Criminal Justice System can easily be bought if one has the dollars to do so. For a multi BILLION dollar company this is just a slap on the hand.
As a over the road truck driver, I see illegal aliens (undocumented aliens to be politically correct) in just about every warehouse or distribution center I go to. They are even driving and delivering just as I do.
Who is benefiting form the practice of hiring illegal aliens? Just follow the money trail. Certainly not the average AMERICAN CITIZEN.
Until this practice stops, the US wages and jobs, along with the quality of life, will continue to get worse. Because of this, the jobs in Tyler that started at $16.00-$18.00 per hour now start at $10.00 per hour or less.
Anyone who hires, rents, sells, buys or gives (this includes welfare) something to an illegal alien is being a part of the problem and not a part of the solution and should be fined for doing so. These fines should go to sending these illegal aliens back out of the country and not to the coffers of our higher ranked officials of this country.
