Well, since legal carry in Texas is for LEOs and Concealed Carry permit holders; it doesn't make much difference here.
In those states where open carry is the law; should Starbucks pick and choose which citizens it allows in its stores; after all, that violates the business model since the goal is to sell coffee not make political statements!
