It is funny that some people use the same tired Secession talk from 150 plus years ago as a crutch to avoid the possibility of Texas being a free Republic once again. The Rally was entitled "Sovereignty or Secession" Either Perry calls a special session to get HCR50 passed through which is very basic when it comes to telling the Federal Government to back off. Secession is the only answer if that is not going to happen. Why would Texas want to stay in a Union that is ruled by Marxists and other radicals? And they call these people at the rally crazy? I don't think so. Passionate about freedom would be more like it.
