Nice job Mr. Gray. You are the first in recent memory to get a Cherokee Co. prosecutor to publicly admit he is wrong. The story is not Caldwell's initial false premise he was hoping the local media and runaway juries would go with; it is Commissioner Pinotti's unopened/undelivered email(s) the County Attorney used to bolster his accusations. Caldwell hopes to bury his apology by citing the Gov't Code, as if county purchasing requirements aren't explicitly spelled out. Who hacked her emails?
