Let businesses decide if they want to ban smoking, and if they don't, require them to ensure a smoke-free area by using enough smoke-eaters to remove ALL the smoke. I can't stand smelling smoke when I sit down with my family, so if there is not enough ventilation, we won't go back to that restaurant. Free Market
