Anyone who doesn't believe in the electoral college should be the first ones in line to vote. In 2000, Al Gore won the popular vote but not the presidency - I believe that was the fourth time in history that has happened, and it made a big statement. While it currently does not elect our president, the popular vote is not ignored - especially by the millions of those who, like Tyler Owens, are frustrated with our current system.
If you want to make a statement to our government, voting is the best way to do it. If you want change, exercise your voice any way you can. USE the system to CHANGE the system.
People died for our right to vote. People in other countries are still dying for their rights to vote. Don't validate other countries' beliefs that Americans are spoiled and unappreciative of our liberties by purposefully disregarding them.
