Houston police say two people have been arrested and two suspects are sought over the slaying of a pizza delivery man.

Investigators say capital murder warrants have been issued for 17-year-old Timothy Robinson and 21-year-old Jacobe White. Authorities say 40-year-old Phillip Little of Houston was shot Nov. 2 while on a pizza delivery call that turned out to be bogus.

Police say robbery was the apparent motive. Police on Wednesday said an 18-year-old man now charged with
capital murder was already in custody in another case. A 15-year-old girl accused over Little's death remains in juvenile custody.
