I'm a 50 year old student at UT Tyler. It's illegal to posses alcohol in the dorms at UT. Why would they possibly think selling beer is good idea? We had enough violence at the dorms in 2012 without it. If they sell beer they will end up having to expel someone. Or some young kid will end up with a criminal conviction for minor in possession. Bad Idea!

Call me old-fashioned, stodgy, a fuddy-duddy, but I am against selling alcohol at college athletic games just to add another source of revenue for the UT system...there is enough energy in the gym, on the field, at the track meet, without the addition of beer in the mix...nothing more disgusting than drunk out-of-control folks making fools of themselves...policing such a move may get testy with blasted characters who have lost their manners.
