Cowboys Get Safety Help From Pool

The Dallas Cowboys signed safety Brodney Pool to a one-year contract today.
Pool was originally a second round pick (34th overall) in the 2005 Draft by the Cleveland Browns out of Oklahoma.
He has started 67 of the 100 games he has played in his seven years in the league where he has recorded 365 tackles, 13 interceptions, 47 pass breakups, 5.5 sacks, three forced fumbles and seven fumble recoveries.
Pool played his first five years with the Browns before joining the N.Y. Jets as a free agent in 2010.
