Jack Stallard is the Sports Editor of the Longview News-Journal.

He spoke with KETK Sports Director Danny Elzner about the Lobos and their spring football game this Friday night.

Elzner asked Stallard if Longview can win it all this season.

Stallard said...

"It's not out of the question. This is going to be a good football team. They stayed 5A and they are loaded. You'll get a chance to see that Friday night at Lobo Stadium in the annual Green and White Game. They've worked hard for the last three weeks to get ready. This has been a very physical spring for the Lobos. They will have a punishing ground attack. One fullback is 254 pounds and the other is 247 pounds. JaMycal Hasty has committed to Baylor. They've got to work on defense. This could be a team that does win it all."
