Manu Ginobili erupted for 26 points to lead the Spurs to a 101-98 comeback victory over Oklahoma City to claim the first game of the Western Conference Finals.

In the process, the Spurs extended their team-record 19-game winning streak as they charged back from a nine-point deficit early in the fourth quarter.
