On Monday, the University Interscholastic League Legislative Council held their final 2014 meeting.

The council met in Round Rock to review UIL rules and vote on proposed rule changes.

High School Football: Tyler Lee, Frankston and T.K. Gorman in action

A busy Satuday of high school football in East Texas. Frankston beat Grand Saline 49-7 at TMF Rose Stadium in Tyler. Tyler Lee lost their season opener to Fossil Ridge 48-26.

The Lindale Eagles were able to contain the 'dog pound'  Friday night and definitely left an impression. The Eagles used everything they had to squeak by the Chapel Hill Bulldogs and came away with a 21-17 victory.
