Whitehouse’s Jake Parker caught three passes in the Texas High School Coaches Association 80th All-Star Football Game and they were big ones.

Garrison falls hard against Centerville in playoffs

The Garrison Bulldogs were unable to come together to overcome the Centerville Tigers.  The Bulldogs fall hard against the Tigers losing 27 to 48 in week 2 of the playoff games. 

Kilgore stays undefeated despite tough matchup, rough weather

It was a very cold, very rainy night in Tyler. But despite the harsh conditions, the undefeated Kilgore Bulldogs grabbed a 21-14 win over Kaufman. Kevrin Justice scored on a short run, and a punt return.

In a game that was neck and neck, the Gladewater bears were able to take the win against Atlanta.  With the Bears behind for most of the game, the team was able to rally in order to grab a 34-33 victory. 

Tenaha thrashes Frost 63-8

FRIDAY FOOTBALL FEVER: Chapel Hill dominates in the second week of playoffs

The Chapel Hill Bulldogs dominated in the second week of playoffs as they took on the Crandall Pirates. The Bulldogs took the lead early in the game and were able to keep their stride, leading them to a 38-14 victory.

It was cold and rainy Friday night. But that did not keep Phil Kuchinsky from going live from Trinity Mother Frances Rose Stadium. KETK was live at 6:00 with Kilgore coach Mike Wood.

Gilmer shuts out Pittsburg, 48-0

The Gilmer Buckeyes won their second round game of the state playoffs with a shutout. The Bux blanked the Pittsburg Pirates, 48-0. The game was play at the home of the Pine Tree Pirates in Longview.
