King's Academy took on the Tyler Heat, Friday night at the home of the All Saints Trojans. The winner of the game would stay alive in the stays alive in the playoffs

Lobos grab playoff win against Rowlett

One East Texas 5A school moves on to the second round of the playoffs, one sees their season come to an end. Longview defeated Rowlett 46-21. Lufkin fell to Humble-Atascocita 42-24.

John Tyler eliminated from playoffs

The John Tyler Lions season came to an end Saturday against Mansfield Legacy. JT didn't score until the third quarter, and ended up losing 35-14. Click the video for highlights from that game.

Whitehouse players react to OT win

Chapel Hill talks about beating undefeated Athens

Chapel Hill handed Athens their first loss of the season Saturday night. The Bulldogs won 52-26.

With about 30 seconds to go, Whitehouse QB Patrick Mahomes scored a TD on a fourth down scramble to force overtime. In the end, Whitehouse beats Arlington Seguin 50-44 in OT in the first round of the playoffs.
