The Longview Girls Softball Association and the City of Longview Parks Sports Tourism Department will host the 2012 Texas-North State Championships today through Sunday at the Softball Fields at Lear Park.

The tournament will feature 50 teams between the ages of 6-16, opening on Friday with championship games set for Sunday.
