Longview's Malcolm Kelly was taken in the second round by the Washington Redskins, the fourth receiver selected in the draft, the 51st player taken overall.
Kelly's recurring injury problems, his poor times in the 40, and his criticism of the OU staff dropped him out of the first round.
At Longview High School, Kelly was all-district three times, all-state twice.
