The Dallas Cowboys defensive end talks about slimming down

SAN ANTONIO - Cowboys defensive end Marcus Spears says he has slimmed down to 307 pounds.

Spears says he lost 21 pounds in 30 days, but no word if a fitness video is in the works.

After practice, he shared his secret and love for his new favorite meal.

The Lions' Ashton Dorsey is ranked the 44th best in the country.

Dorsey is a defensive tackle - 6-2, 275 pounds.

The other East Texan ranked - Lufkin's Carrington Byndom - a corner-back.

The six-footer is 170 pounds.

Dorsey and Byndom might just be teammates next season at the University of Texas. The two have orally committed to UT.
