Rangers sign Derek Lowe

Fort Worth, TX (Fort Worth Star Telegram) — The Rangers announced around dinnertime that they signed Lowe to a minor-league deal.
A source said that Lowe will make $1.25 million if he makes the Opening Day roster and could max out at $1.7 million if he reaches all incentive bonuses.
