JERSEY CITY, NJ (Fort Worth Star-Telegram) — The team licenses the phrase from Texas A&M, reaching an out-of-court settlement in February 2006 after the university sued for trademark infringement. The Seahawks paid A&M $100,000 up front and $5,000 annually for a five-year deal.
