Spring Hill’s Robbins top player in 16-3A

District champion Spring Hill claimed the top player and coach honors with the release of the 16-3A All-District boys basketball team.

Spring Hill senior guard Brandon Robbins earned Most Valuable Player recognition after leading the Panthers to the league title, the Class 3A Region II quarterfinal round and a 26-7 record. Spring Hill first-year coach Hunter Taylor received Coach of the Year honors.


Pittsburg senior guard Kaymon Farmer was named Offensive MVP, while Gladewater junior Jalen Wells and Gilmer senior Darrion Pollard shared Defensive MVP accolades. Henderson freshman Zane Boles received the Newcomer of the Year award.
