TYLER - There is soon to be a changing of the guard at Tyler's City Hall. Out-going Mayor Joey Seeber and Mayor-elect Barbara Bass met Tuesday to talk transition strategy.

Ms. Bass won last Saturday's election for Mayor garnering more than sixty percent of the vote. The Certified Public Accountant turned politician says she has a few things on her own plate she wants addressed as Mayor.

Mayor-elect Bass says she will continue to honor the "Tyler Blueprint," which is running the city like a business.

She says, "being a business person, I know that's something that is good for our community, and I know there will be ways we will want to continue that and always improve on what's been happening.

She will be sworn in next Wednesday, May 21st.
