I am sad to say that I knew these people. I remember talking with them and seeing them a few years back. They had several animals then as well. The pit bull was around then and was not taken very well care of at all. The people had several children running around in filth. The children played in piles of wood and rusty nails while there drug addicted parents sat back and did nothing. Just walking by that place you could smell all of the animal feces that lie all over the yard. People constantly coming and going at all hours as though drugs were being dealt. At one point I remember seeing a young girl with an older gentleman as well acting as though they were dating. These people had been reported for several things and nothing was ever done about it. I find that completely wrong.
