Brittni Thomason joined the KETK news team in July 2014. She was born and raised in Peoria, Arizona.

Brittni graduated from The Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University. She reported for the live daily newscast, Cronkite NewsWatch and covered everything from the Arizona legislature to childhood cancer.

Brittni is also the co-founder of a not-for-profit organization for girls with disabilities, Miss Sparkles Fun Beauty Pageant. She loves hockey and spent three seasons as a cheerleader for the NHL’s Arizona Coyotes.

In her free time, you can find her reading a book, dancing, cooking or spending time with her family and two miniature dachshunds. She is excited to be in East Texas and looks forward to some southern adventures.
