DURING THE DAY THURSDAY: Cloudy, windy and much colder with periods of drizzle and mostly light rain (60%)Temperatures will fall to 35-40 by late afternoon....Winds N 15-20 mph.
THURSDAY NIGHT: Cloudy and colder with rain possibly changing to freezing rain by Friday morning in the western half of East Texas...Temperatures will drop to 28-32 by early Friday AM....Winds NNE 15-20 mph.
FRIDAY: Rain and freezing rain in the morning (90%), ending in the afternoon....Some bridges and overpasses could become slick...Temperatures will hover between 29 and 33 all day Friday....Winds N 15-20 mph.
